01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the Baji36 platform, including the website at baji36.net and the Baji36 mobile application. Baji36 is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, live dealer tables, jackpot games, and related entertainment services to eligible players.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and Baji36 ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on Baji36, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Baji36 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed through secure payment channels. Baji36 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The minimum deposit on Baji36 is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification requirements. Deposits are credited to your Baji36 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests on Baji36 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by Baji36 support.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during operational hours. Requests submitted outside of business hours may take longer.
• Baji36 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal.

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit made to Baji36 without first contacting support will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Baji36 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply across all Baji36 promotions include:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.

• Baji36 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirements as other bonuses.

Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers — through low-risk betting patterns, hedging strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts reviewed.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Baji36 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. The outcome of every game on Baji36 is determined fairly and independently of any player action outside of the game itself.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, Baji36 will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the fault. If a round cannot be completed or verified, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. Baji36's decision in such matters is final.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. Baji36 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side. 07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Baji36 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature.

• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates anti-money laundering regulations.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
